Prizes and Rules

Determining the Winner

• Criteria: For shootouts, winners will usually be the last man standing. For races, winners will be the player that came in first. In the event of a tie, a tiebreaker round will ensue. For other events, winners will be voted for democratically or chosen by an admin based off event-specific criteria.

Cheating Allegations

• Any allegations of cheating will be thoroughly investigated. If cheating is confirmed: The event will be considered invalid. All participants will receive in-game supplies as a compensation. If allegations are unconfirmed but disruptive: Game logs will be reviewed. Winner may be chosen democratically. All disputes must be filed within 30 minutes of event conclusion.

Winner Payment Process

• Eligibility: Participants must have an account on the website and have RSVP'd to the event.

• Prize Distribution: E-gift cards will be sent to the winner’s account email. A discord message will alert the winner of the incoming prize.

Privacy Considerations

• Ironclad will take all efforts to ensure email addresses and personal information are protected. Ironclad will not sell or share this information to any third party for any reason. Information is maintained solely to track account statuses and for prize distribution.
